This article is completely sexist and I don’t ever see Unicorn printing anything about the crappy doo’s that men wear! This one is hitting below the belt and expect a “tit for tat” response from my blog for this one for both Unicorn and Thumbpress. It isn’t funny or satirical when you try to hold the entire lesbian culture up to stereotype. All it does is fuel the right-wing and the fundamentalist Christians with more material that we can’t even get along in our own community. This was in the poorest of taste and there is no excuse for it.

when it says things like “effort required” does it refer to styling the hair or maintenance of the woman? im on there and I do not know if I should feel like this is a negative or positive thing.

I’m pretty sure they mean the haircut’s required effort because the Bieber is essentially just letting your hair grow out and then sweeping it over with your fingers. That’s little-to-no effort if I’ve ever seen it.

Odd how UB gets all up in arms when gay writers use the word “fag”, or when Reba McIntire makes a (not homophobic) joke about Brokeback… but “dyke” is used four times in this info graphic. Am I missing something? Is that word less derogatory? May be a silly question, but with me not being a lesbian and all, I just don’t know. Are we all okay with “dyke”?
