Britney Spears and Lady Gaga Recording Duet

MTV UK is reporting that following Britney Spears’ Atlantic City concert last week – you know, the one where Lady Gaga bowed down on her knees before Brit-Brit – the two pop divas got to talking about working together.

The girls gabbed backstage for an hour about a duet that’s now in the works. Lady Gaga is said to have written two possible tracks for Spears’ approval.

In addition to the upcoming duet, Gaga will join in on the fun at a top secret October Femme Fatale Tour date.

We’re loving Britney’s newfound team spirit. First a collaboration with Rihanna, then Ke$ha and Nicki Minaj, and now the Mother Monster herself!
