Michele Bachmann Vows To Reinstate DADT
Michele Bachmann did A LOT of dodging interview questions this weekend concerning her stance on LGBT Americans and their lives spent in Satanic, personal bondage. Her go-to campaign trail answer when faced with her own vile rhetoric seems to be something along the lines of “I’m running for the presidency of the United States, not anyone’s judge.”
Say wha?
The proof is in the pudding below if you dare to click.
The snippet that really stuck out to us in the midst of all this was Bachmann’s decision to “probably” reinstate the just repealed DADT. Bachmann told CNN’s Candy Crowley:
“The ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ policy has worked very well,” she said. “I would be in consultation with our commanders but yes, I probably will [reinstate the policy].”
American has spent the better part of the past two years going through the repeal process, and decades of discrimination under the policy prior to the repeal. Yet here we have Bachmann pledging to single-handedly toss aside multiple rulings that the policy was unconstitutional in order to cater to her own hateful views.
Lovely.
