NY Clerk Who Refused Lesbians Marriage License Films Ironic Video About Respect

Yeah, the law is just CRAZY!  I mean, how dare everybody have the right to a family!  This poor, poor woman just wants to have a workplace where she can respect the God that she worships – get a job in the CLERGY, lady!  Get away from working for the Government if you can’t keep your bigoted opinions separate from your civil duties!  Shame on you, Rose!

Is there an Atheist or jewish or Muslim clerk out there with the guts to refuse a certificate to a christian couple based on their religious beliefs? Pretty please? “Sorry, the Koran says Islam is the one true religion so I can’t give you a license. You’re more than welcome to try the next town over. Have a lovely day.” Just the satisfaction of watching the Fox crowd have a melt down would be worth it. 

The bible says a lot of stuff, if you really look at the bible, the definition of marriage changes over time; marriage between a widow and her brother in law, marriage between a man and his wife’s property (SLAVE), the list really goes on! Also marriage changed in the 40′s and 50′s when women were fighting for their rights to be able to own property. Before they couldn’t because they were seen as property of their husbands because of what the bible says, we changed on that.  So I want to know, why can’t it change again? Majority of people who say this have no idea what the bible actually says and they go by ignorance that a stupid ignorant man in a pulpit says to them! It makes me pissed off, as somebody who actually KNOWS and has studied the bible. She should loose her job or else find another one. If she can’t find another job then she just needs to suck it up get over herself and do her job! Yes we do have religious freedom and should have it, but guess what, Christianity isn’t the only religion in this country! The reason why we have religious freedom is to protect us from theocracy, so one religion doesn’t rule them all! She should get fired, she didn’t do her job, pretty simple! People get so confused about religious freedom that I just want to give them a actual history class on the subject, maybe they will LEARN something about it then since the education system has obviously let them down.

im all happy that gay people can get married in New York State and all, and what this woman did with  the issuing of the couples marriage license was completely against the law, and wrong, but at least she is woman enough to say that i cant do it because it is against my religion. she is offering other ways for their license to get signed too so even though she doesn’t support gay marriage, at least she is handling it in a very professional manner

Your job in not a religious one it i one of government dont hide behind faith in a hebrew zombie that was a product of rape, and commented adultery to do it, creating a bastard child that would not get married produce a child or work 

If she’s basing her job duties on the Bible, then she needs to issue some licenses for polygamous marriages. Heterosexual ones, of course. One man, multiple women–that’s how it went.

I will not respect a person who has no respect for me, or my civil right. As far as im concerned bigotry is not a religion yet, so she needs to keep hers to herself.
