I fell the same way as Erica. And the first amendment actually says that congress can not establish a religion and everyone has free exercise of the religions they choose. You are no more obligated to practice religion in this amendment than you are from buying a gun for the second amendment.

There’s actually a preacher who said the verse “Judge not lest ye be judged” is actually “condemn not lest ye be condemned” and he said that, as Christians, you have to judge others for God! Wish I could remember this guy’s name, he’s one of the fanatics!

It’s in there. Apparently God gives some “permission” to judge on His behalf. Speaking as a former Christian, I didn’t find this right at all. Speaking as a current Buddhist, I’m just letting people believe what they believe. Speaking as a parent, motherfuckers better not push that shit in my child’s face or tell me I’m a bad parent for allowing him to make his own choices, including what he wants to pursue as his religion, if he wants one.
