Gay Easter is a trip!

Mardi Gras, French Quarter Jazz Fest, Southern Decadence, Halloween, New Year’s Eve…New Orleans loves to party! It seems like there is a festival every six weeks here, and when there’s no festival there are people on the streets and in the bars 24/7.

“Laissez les bon temps rouler” means that New Orleanians don’t ever pass up the chance to celebrate and indulge.

One of the gayest celebrations (outside of Southern Decadence) is most definitely Halloween. It attracts the LGBT community from all over the world, and has dominates as a fixture on the gay calendar.

I live in St. Louis. You’ll get over that “cannot wait to feel the shirt to stick to me” after about a week. It’s gross. You step outside and instantly feel like you need a shower! I, for one, cannot wait to move somewhere like Martha’s Vineyard!
