Romney Denounces That HAPPY PRIDE Flyer He Approved, Paid for and Sent Out

“Mitt and Kerry wish you a great Pride Weekend! All citizens deserve equal rights, regardless of their sexual preference.”

So reads this florescent pink 2002 flyer celebrating Boston’s Gay Pride Weekend “paid for by the Romney for Governor Committee” that Mitt Romney is pretending like he had nothing to do with.

Eric Fehrnstrom, Romney’s chief spokesman, told The Huffington Post that the flyers were not official literature from Romney’s 2002 run, despite the fact that they include the tag line “Paid for by the Romney for Governor Committee,” on the bottom.

“I don’t know where those pink flyers came from. I was the communications director on the 2002 campaign. I don’t know who distributed them … I never saw them and I was the communications director,” Fehrnstrom said in the spin room after Sunday morning’s GOP presidential debate here.

Girl, who on earth do you think you’re fooling with this bologna? Your name appears on this flyer no less than four times (check out that tiny font size at the top!), and you paid for it yourself!

This is just getting sad to watch. It’s no wonder that this man is still considered by two thirds of Republicans to be unelectable even though he’s been campaigning for president for six years straight.

Homeboy is a liar at best, and just an overgrown kindergarten student with a runaway imagination at worst. All the playing pretend in the world won’t get him out of this. Chillax on the lies. You’re just embarrassing yourself.
