Oh, come off it. Just because a girl is famous does NOT mean she has to be a role model for girls or anybody else, for that matter. That’s a title we bequeath them with and then get mad when they even step a toe over the line. Given the lyrical content, the videos, and her behavior, this is a girl who is doing what she wants. Personally, I find that to be a strong, inspirational message all on it’s own. Be who YOU want, not who everybody else want you to be. Someone who isn’t afraid to do what she wants. She’s not the same girl (or age) she was on Hanna Montana. And I don’t think it’s fair to blame Disney about any of it. They needed a show and she needed a job. Hell, she’s been the one working to get to this point so I say, we all give her some room. She’s literally doing NOTHING that harms anybody in the article above. 

As for Billy-Ray, he’s openly stated that HannaMontana ruined his family and he deeply regrets the whole affair. You took that chance, Billy. If you didn’t want to run that risk, you shouldn’t have put her out there. But you did. So sleep in that showbiz bed, honey.
