Breaking News! Prop 8 FINALLY Ruled Unconstitutional by 9th Circuit Court
The folks at Prop 8 Trial Tracker are reporting that the U.S. 9th Circuit Court has finally ruled that California’s Proposition 8 was in fact unconstitutional, and that voters had no right to strip gays and lesbians of the right to marry in the state.

The ruling will have far-reaching implications. The ruling will likely be appealed by supporters of Proposition 8 and next go to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Los Angeles Times reports. New weddings are unlikely to occur right away, the Times explains in a helpful Q&A.
