Everyone knows that drag queens are capable of spinning gossip into gold, like Rumplestiltskin with bigger hair and better calves. How else do you explain drag queen Alexia Twist recreating Madonna’s entire Super Bowl performance on a shoestring (Re: gay bar) budget?

And we mean entire performance. The throne, the crown, the bleachers – homegirl even has her own Brazilian Cee Lo Green, Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.!

And her Brazilian M.I.A. even has her own middle finger!

Watch the whole video to see the crowd at Victoria Haus go wild as ladies and lads onstage keep going and going and going. A lesser queen would have called it quits after the initial Vogue/Music mash-up.

That’s not your average gay bar. Did you see those stage lights and LED screens? However, I’m perplexed as to why they didn’t put more lighting up stage. When the performers come forward they’re lost in the shadows. Great show, though.
