Peace Out, Seattle! Bienvenue à la New Orleans!

You may have noticed that your daily dose of booty has been a bit lacking this week. SARS, y’all!

No, we don’t have the bird flu. We’ve just been crazy busy packing up our Seattle lives and  moving to New Orleans. I’m writing this from the Seatac International Airport, and I’ll be up in the sky for most of the day. Nicky V is en route from a week in Wichita with his grandmother, and we’ll both be arriving in the Big Easy later tonight.

Chris, Evan, Brent and Derek will be pumping out the news for the next day or two all on their own (I’m so proud!), and things should hopefully be back to normal by the end of this week.

The month isn’t even over yet, and we’ve already served over 1.5 MILLION readers in February. THANK YOU. Thank you for your devotion and adoration and appreciation. You’ve made us the biggest gay blog in the world, and we love, love, LOVE you all.

You may have heard by now that Nick and I are moving down to Nola to open a bar, Booty’s! We promise to keep you updated on exactly when we open, and when you can get your sweet ass down to New Orleans to visit! We’ll be running UB from Booty’s each day, and you’ll have a chance to come by for a cocktail, a bite to eat, or just a high-five very soon.
