I’m on a viral video kick this week, so I love this clip of Lawrence O’Donnell calling out religious fundamentalists and their complete lack of factual information. Apparently, they need to re-read the scripture cited in their arguments against marriage equality.

I really can’t take Tony Perkins seriously – Only a complete moron would feel legitimately threatened by that adorable lesbian couple.

What are your thoughts on the national conversation surrounding marriage equality? History is happening, my friends.

lol, I find it encouraging and just a little surreal that the arguments I’ve been hearing on these points all over the internet since I was in middle school ie: Kids of gay couples are just as well-adjusted as their counterparts, polygamy had to be outlawed hence the definition of marriage has already been changed, etc, are just now penetrating the media. I’ve never heard them on TV before. Good sign, right?
