Donald Trump is Suing the Sequined Pants Off of Anti-Trans Miss Pennsylvania

We told you earlier in the week about bigoted Miss USA contestant Sheena Monnin turning in her Miss Pennsylvania crown because – GASP! – beloved trans Miss Universe Canada contestant Jenna Talackova continues to be warmly welcomed into the Miss Universe pageant family.

Monnin called Miss USA/Miss Universe organization trashy for accepting “natural born males”, and accused the pageant of a beauty queen fixing scandal that had selected the winners long before the competition even began.

Well, Miss Universe owner Donald Trump has seen Monnin’s tiny, bedazzled glove and is smacking back with his enormous, jewel-encrusted gauntlet. Trump’s Trans and Tramp-gate is officially on!

Former Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin has 24 hours to retract her claim that the Miss USA pageant is rigged — or Donald Trump will slap her with a nasty defamation lawsuit … this according to Donald’s lawyer.

Trump’s Special Counsel Michael Cohen called in to TMZ Live moments ago to say Donald believes everyone deserves a second chance — which is why he’s giving Monnin one day to withdraw … in writing … “her utterly baseless claim that the Miss USA pageant results were predetermined.”

If Monnin fails to comply, Cohen says the 27-year-old can bet her ass Trump will sue … seeking “massive damages.”

Holy crap, I can’t believe I’m saying this, but we’re with Trump on this one!

Do you think she’ll apologize?

***Update: With no apology, Monnin’s ass is being served!

I wouldn’t be surprised if it were rigged, I don’t know why she should be so astonished as well. And I find it strange that Unicorn Booty is with Trump on this. He’s taking her to court simply because she bad-mouthed the pageant. Seems like kind of a trivial thing to take someone to court over. Not like she doesn’t deserve it, but still…

I do not think it is so much that she bad mouthed the pagent but badmouthed the Miss Universe from Canada who happens to be trans-sexual and very beautiful as well

The lawsuit has nothing to do with that, though. If you read the quote, he’s suing JUST BASED on her complaints about the pageant. I actually read about this yesterday, too. I read her tweet though, it was something like, “This organization is rigged, blah blah blah, and just plain trashy”. I saw nothing where she said anything about Miss Universe Canada.

He’s suing simply because she said the pageant was rigged, not because of her hating on other contestants. While I do like to see the bad guy get in trouble, I bet she’ll make a phony apology and admit she has no proof that its rigged and all will go back to normal.

Trump hates us, for him to do this he must be pissed. If she had said she didn’t want to go up against a trans he would have been fine, but then she would have had to admit that she was afreiad that an MTF was prittier than her, and of cores she is.

Has anyone thought about the fact that she is a beauty contestant, complaining about a pageant being trashy?

I’ve come a long way since my hissy fit when my grandmother insisted on watching The Diary of Anne Frank,” instead of my choice of Miss America. Now, I had to restrain my automatic lip curling sneer when I heard that an actress in a play I was seeing had been Miss America (mea culpa, Kate Schindle, who listed “various crown related credits in her Playbill bio). So I realize that beauty queen doesn’t automatically equate to bimbo.

BUT, still. She’s complaining about an evening where women walk down runways in bathing suits and high heels. She is not talking about a gathering of Nobel Prize winners.

Trump suing has nothing to do with homophobia, it has to do with her statement about the pageant being rigged. To the best of my knowledge he hasn’t even addressed her comments about the trans contestant. This is all about Trump protecting the “authenticity” of his own business. This is unfortunate as it would have helped him a lot if he was doing it to show support for the lgbt community.
