Lady Gaga Has Completed Her New Album, Just in Time to Dangle Before You for Months

Lady Gaga announced today on Twitter that her new album has been completed and played for her record label overlords.

That’s right, not only does new LG music exist in the world, but people other than you have heard it!

Exciting news little monsters! I’ve played my new record for my label and will be announcing my new Album Title in September! X

But ah ah ah, don’t expect to hear it anytime soon. The album title will be announced in September, the same month that Born This Way made it’s titular announcement.

But if you recall correctly, Born This Way took another ten months after its title announcement to actually debut in stores. So by all means please don’t rush into an all-Gaga-all-the-time playlist counting down the days until some fresh monster music comes your way.

But while we’re on the subject of new Gaga tunes, would you prefer the Lady harken back to her coked out, fame chasing roots, serve up another platter of electro-tinged rock opera (and then serve you all of the wrong singles on your plate) or reveal a new sound entirely?

Basically, are you hungry for more Just Dance, Bad Romance or Born This Way?

How bout if it all goes away. This girl is so nauseating. Her music is mediocre even for Pop or electro. Only kids with no taste and wasted adults like this kind of stuff. Lady Gaga talks about individuality…. you all dress kind of the same and you don’t see that as false in anyway? By how rude you are with this comment. Oh, we all dress the same? We all wear meat dresses? For you to say we dress the same is stupid. Sure, we all like to wear Gaga related items but we don’t dress the same. At the end of the day, Gaga makes us fans feel like individuals and I know many people who have not committed suicide because she has touches them so much. Taste and personal taste can always be judged and debated over, whether we like it or not. What I’m completely bored of, and what I find nauseating, is how vapid Mary’s response is. There’s little to no content to support her argument, and her opinion is weak at best. Regardless if you like, hate, love, or loathe Lady Gaga, generalized statements of *any* kind are ridiculous.

Really Mary? Maybe you dress the same too much. Maybe she dresses that way because she doesn’t want to be like everyone else. Like everyone else that bashes her. What’s nauseating is the gay community bashing her, and she’s done a lot of advocacy work. It’s disappointing, she could spend all of that money and time on something else if you want. It’s not all about nonconformity, you have it mixed up.

I think she’s putting the cart before the horse. She’s assuming that she’s going to still be a big deal a year from now when her new album comes out. It begs the question, what era of Madonna’s career is she going to now adopt as her own this time? The Erotica years?, the Justify My Love years?, the Ray Of Light years?, the Confessions O A Dance Floor years?, the Evita years? Maybe it will just be a hodgepodge of looks and “inspirations” from all of the above?

Oh boy! She reminds me of KISS and their ridiculous makeup and costumes. She already feels dated as it is. I guess she’ll just have to “reinvent” herself.

more “bad romance” please. the ‘just dance’ was her entry into the pop scene – then we saw what she could really do. but then she decided to play a little too much homage, a little too much ‘i’m the 80′s now’ and a little too much ‘other’. I’d like more Gaga, not so much ‘other’.

Wow, this whole thing is silly. Nobody even answered the question! Instead we have one person calling everyone who likes her music a clone, and the other side likening those who don’t like her to… Hitler? Really? I would like to hear more of the same Bad Romance/Born This Way stuff from her. I’m no “monster” or super-fan, but I do think she makes some fun easy to sing along with music that I can’t help but move to when it comes on my radio. Some of her stuff seems a bit heavy-handed on the uplifting messages for the average listener, but if it’s helping some people feel more beautiful or happy… keep it up! <3
