America’s Best Christian, Betty Bowers, does her smarmy, sarcastic, clueless Christian hypocrisy exposé thang all over abortion in her latest video sermon.

And you know what? It turns out that God LOVES abortions! And he LOVES indiscriminately giving them out Oprah-style – “YOU get an abortion! YOU get an abortion! YOU get an abortion! Everybody gets an abortion!”

But God doesn’t wait until sweeps to dole out his abortions. Practically every book of the Bible is a favorite things episode.

Most interestingly of all, Ms. Bowers astutely points out that not only is God not pro-life, the man upstairs doesn’t even believe life begins until a month after birth. That’s ten months after conception!

Actually, Jewish law (which, you know, Christianity was based on!) not only permits abortion, but in certain cases actually requires it. In actuality, according to the Bible, and more specifically in Talmud, life begins at birth, and while a fetus is a *potential* life, and not to be casually thrown away, it is not as important as an existing life until the moment it gets out of the mother.
