8-year-old Carter Gustafson – pardon me, 8 and 3/4 – has a few questions for the people of Minnesota regarding the state’s gay marriage ban. Like say, if gay marriage is illegal, will his mothers be sent to jail? And can he and his loved ones still be a family?
