Can we please stop asking stupid questions?

Bra-VO, my good man. Ladies and gents, this is how to confront ridiculous homophobic nonsense; with eloquence and the calm confidence of knowing your opponent is bananas.

Watch as former patients/victims/survivors call Exodus International Chief Alan Chambers out on the dangerous hypocrisy of his organization on live television with Dr. Drew Pinsky. You may recall Exodus’ iPhone app being pulled by Apple last month due to the fact that ex-Gay therapy has been proven by every single medical, psychological, and therapeutic organization to be impossible. The emperor has no clothes, y’all.

Wonderful! We’re completely impressed.

Are you glad to see such well-spoken men speak out against Exodus International?

  • Fan-freakin-tastic!! I love how eloquently they speak. Very nice.

    That guy got pwned 😉

  • The fact is that being gay isn’t a choice. Even if it WERE, it shouldn’t matter, the fact is that gay people are GAY and one could go through the motions but will never be heterosexual just as a heterosexual could sleep with someone of the same sex but that doesn’t make them gay necessarily. The point is, you cannot change someone’s sexual orientation and these groups like Exxodus simply do much more harm than good.

Of course Christians can be gay. Gays can be Christians. Never have the two been mutually exclusive.

  • It’s not for us to decite if a Christian can be gay. Scripture clearly conflicts with living in sin and being a Christian. For example, “It is for freedom that Christ set you free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery” (Galatians 5:1). The yoke of slavery is sin. Scripture teaches us to repent and sin no more and all sexual perversion is clearly sin.

Romans 6 begins with; “What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? No. …””No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God.” – 1 John 3:9
